Always immaculately clean; friendly and helpful staff; swift and efficient operations; rarely crowded; only one (1) auto-teller, but it's up and running 99% of the time; if the (2-5) tellers are busy, the LOAN OFFICERS will invite me to sit down and they will provide service. (Popcorn Fridays still going, usually--that's a trifle, but to me, that's an "outward expression of an inward attitude".) Last year, my account was hacked and, what was for me, a LOT of money was taken-I rushed, white faced, to the Stockdale office: 1. An officer saw I was "distraught" [read, panicked] and began an investigation. 2. Using branch computer resources, he found where the money had gone and demanded that the recipient institution place a HOLD on the funds. He contacted regional loss investigations to proceed from there. 3. He closed my hacked account, started a new one, transferred funds. gave me new temporary checks, and ordered other checks. 4. All this was done in less than 45 minutes. I left, feeling comfortable that (a) it would not happen again for that account and (b) that I would likely get all my funds back--which I did in a few days. 5. Follow up was swift and effective at both a regional and local level. Since that experience, I lost my debit card, twice, but was issued replacements in just a few days and they made sure I was not at risk. Because of this combination of cordiality and competency, I'll never bank anywhere else. I've had five (5) good years there.

I opened an account over two weeks ago. They forgot to order my bank card. Went in and wanted to close my account because it's been issue after issue. They wanted to charge me $20. I said whatever. The teller went to the manager, she said don't charge me (over heard her) but the teller came back and charged me anyways. Not during a single interaction with them did it go smoothly or without issue.

I went to go cash my check in the branch and lady forgot to scan my check so they never deposited my check I had to wait 4 days to get my money back! When I went back they did not even apologize for their mistake! I will NEVER go back!!
