I have been sitting here for 25 minuets waiting for a banker to help me open an account. There is one banker (Jason) available but he is to curious about the stories a customer is sharing next door with Jason’s coworker. So Jason is standing and listening and someone asks him to help me but he refuses saying that he is about to leave. I literally heard everything. Very little accountability in my opinion.

One of the nicest in Bakersfield. The staff is always polite and I like the option of the wall atm outside, as well as one indoors also. Small detail, but it's the little things that keep people happy.
