This bank is a really good place if you’re trying to skate, but if you’re trying to make decent, straight forward transaction you need to find a different bank. This bank only gives you a different problem with everything you try to do. Ridiculous problems on top of that. They make you pay for their mistakes. When you tell them it was their mistake they will just say sorry but will still make you pay for it. The manager here has the worst attitude. The fat one in her 50s with the black hair. I got chase cause I lived by one on the sw but moving downtown and using this one has made it worse. And Jackie from customer service should be working somewhere else. She told me to go and close my account. I don’t think that sounds like good customer service.
