I've had an account since 2007 and today I could not cash a check from my insurance company. I was told there would be hold if I deposited it as well. The check is from a large reputable insurance company and the check is bank of America. It's probably time to move banks. Wells has been sued many times and that's a bad look.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS BRANCH. IT'S THE WORSE. It's super small and always packed full of people. I don't bank with Wells Fargo but my job does so I am here everyday. And Janet Barboza, the merchant teller, is a total B*TCH. She always has an attitude and is not friendly or welcoming AT ALL. Some of the other tellers are actually pretty nice but I hardly ever go to them since I have to wait in the merchant line.
