They don’t update their systems and said I couldn’t be seen because they have an old insurance on file. I haven’t had that insurance in over 4 years, and I have a new active insurance plan. Doesn’t make any sense in the least bit, hopefully I do not die from Covid now on their negligence.

I called Eastside Urgent Care trying to get a last minute rapid covid test after calling many places and being turned down.I was told to come in, no appointment necessary. My husband and I showed up. We were taken care of immediately. I was even able to wait for printed results. The receptionist was courteous and pleasant. Tina, the lady that I spoke with who also did the tests, was super helpful, kind, and professional. Thank you!

Went to this establishment for vomiting and stomach pains, upon being called to the back the nurse told me that she thought I was lying just to get out of work, they randomly created this preconceived notion about me after me being there for a few minutes. The doctor just felt my stomach didn't ask many questions and said I'm fine. They treated me badly. Their own website says they treat stomach ailments. I was sent away with nothing not even follow up care notes. They charged me for a service they did not do. My mother called later to ask why I wasn't given the bare minimum care, the receptionist told her they gave me a rx. When asked to what pharmacy the receptionist said " oh there is not pharmacy listed" . They lied about an rx they didn't even offer that because they assumed I was not ill at all. We have been calling to get a refund and they continue to say the office manger Jacob is not available. This establishment basically denied me treatment and I had to go to another facility and they concluded I did indeed have stomach flu. They appear to be dishonest, unethical and unprofessional.

My experience at Eastside urgent Care has been a great experience. I can't get over how the whole staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. I really appreciate it! most of the time when you have to go to urgent care it can be very stressful! Even though I was stressed out they were so patient and kind and helpful.

You can just walk-in. Please bring insurance, ID and wear a facemask to enter the facility. Thank you

What hospital are they primarily affiliated with?

I believe they are not affiliated with any hospital. They will do drug checks, stitches, colds flu anything you wouldn't want to go the emergency room for

Do they do pre employment physicals? I have to have one done by an MD or DO. I got one done at Walgreens but the employer wouldn’t take it because it was done by a CNP. If you do how much would it be? I’m already out $75. I don’t have insurance.
