I have never in my life been asked by a doctor office to have a credit card on file, or they can't see me, until I walked in here today. Seems like sketchy billing practice to me. I walked out. They said they have a "new system" and "new policies." Very strange. I had a positive experience here for COVID test around 6 months ago, but this was much different.

I was traveling for work (from CT) when I developed an eye infection. Not being near my home doctor, I went to the walk in clinic. I was greeted quickly. Was seen quickly. Insurance approved quickly. From beginning to end, I was in the clinic for less than 15 minutes. Treated professionally and with compassion.

Always so fast and convenient no matter what I go there for. They do rapid Covid tests too within 15 min. Staff is always super friendly. I go there every time if I have to go to the doctor.

I had to take my daughter in today because she was sick, and the personable and caring attention they showed was very commendable. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my 3rd time at this location. I'd previously been a couple months ago, 2 other times, once for my daughter, and once for me. All 3 of my visits were pleasant and quick. I HIGHLY recommend them!
