An amazing experience

The class was great and it was wonderful to learn something new for myself and my family. The downfall is the lady (Sue) that works in reception. Her attitude was passive aggressive and I honestly don't know if she's like this with everyone or just us because we are Hispanic? Every time I spoke to her on the phone or my daughter, she was just short. Her demeanor says alot and I don't even know if the owner knows about how she treats the customers? When we finally went to pick up the pieces I noticed that I did not get my actual piece and I tried telling Sue but she wasn't hearing it, nor did she offer for me to speak to the owner. I had sent a message thru messenger a couple of days before but to present date he, the owner, never responded to me. No, I don't recommend this place.

Just had a class and it was an awesome experience! Mr. Patterson was so friendly and made us feel comfortable trying something new! We each got the chance to work one on one and really be hands on! Incredible artist and art form. Highly recommend, we will be back!
