Company has good responsiveness, even when dealing with a hone warranty company that is not the easiest to deal with. We have had a few service calls for different issues, all issues were taken care of professionally. Most recently Josh came our for two visits (par ts needed to be ordered). He was great, personable and quickly fixed our issue.
