WHAT A GEM!! We are traveling, from Louisiana, and decided to stop here for a late breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection. The homemade jam is delicious. The environment is upbeat, relaxed, and clean. Everyone is kind and helpful. You can tell they all actually like their jobs and work together nicely as a team. If we are ever around this area again, we’re coming back to eat here again! 10/10

Blissful Ignorance

Today was my first visit to The State Line, and if I didn't live almost 300 miles away, I would become a regular customer. The coffee, pancakes, eggs and ham were all delicious. The service was fast and friendly. My only disappointment was that they were out of large t-shirts. To the owners: I'd be happy to pay for shipping when the shirts are back in stock! I have a PayPal account!

A true Americana diner. Family owned and ran. The Tom's family sisters all still wait tables and take pride in their family legacy. Forget all the new fangled, dime a dozen places devoid of character. This is the real deal. I loved the Cajun spicy goeta and biscuits & gravy Recommended.
