I have only had 1 bad experience with this location out if the many times I have gone. They put way too much nutmeg in my drink. But other than that they are consistent and we love going there!

They charged me 2.99 for an iced coffee. I ordered and received a hot coffee for 2.19. When I asked about it the girl said "oh my bad" she said something to the assumed manager on duty. Then they both ignored me and walked away. Seriously bad service.

Its okay. I will say that they will get my coffee. On some days its sweeter, creamer, or just right. Its like someone each day is making my coffee. It tastes different everyday day i go there. I order the samething everyday. Large iced caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso less ice. And sometimes someone gets it right. That person needs to train others how its supposed to taste. Cause some days when i do get my coffee. It doesn't taste like my extra shot of espresso is even in there. It just tastes like sugar milk with a hint of coffee for color....

My friend has been raving about Dunkin for a LOOONG time and I was always more into a certain different coffee shop. This morning coming home from a 12 hour shift I was extremely tired and hungry. I didn't have the energy to make breakfast at home. The one close alternative that was actually open in the early morning hour was.. you guessed it. Dunkin!! First time customer. I got breakfast and coffee all in one shot. I was extremely satisfied. They have absolutely delicious food, wonderful latte's and not to mention great staff!! They are ready to help and answer any questions without hesitation!! Also very patient towards a new indecisive customer. Which worked out perfect for me. Overall I had a very good experience with this location. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I see why my friend has been trying so hard to convince me to go. I am glad I finally did because I am now a believer. Plus it may just be my favorite spot yet. Thank you Dunkin!!!

I do know DD uses their own terminology for drinks that is different than other (almost all, in my experience) coffee serving places. I ran into a similar issue when trying to order a drink at a different DD location. The manager explained it is just their way of differentiating themselves in the market. Their coffee is good, but I typically just tell them what I want in it and they make it. Also, it is usually cheaper, I think because the cashier doesn't know how to ring it up and does it for a more basic drink. You are not alone in the DD order struggle.
AARP card when purchase a coffee. Or do the survey on the bottom of the receipt and u put the code in and you get a free donut.
