I was treated very rude. when the door is says that Penn Station closes at 10 o’clock we called around 9:20 and nobody picked up the phone so we drove there at 9:25 being that we was right across the street then we was told that we cannot put a full order in. We were treated very rude. when the sign door says that Penn Station closes at 10 o’clock we called around 920 and nobody picked up the phone so we drove there at 9:26 and was told that we cannot put a order . The manager or employee had no respect at all, he wouldn’t even come to the door and talk to us. he yelled at us through the window and then just walked off as we were tryin to explain to him that we been calling since 9:20 an we watched them not pick up the phone as we was calling. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at Pen station , it made us feel like our monetkybwws no good….

Food is great - most of the time. Their phones hardly work & they are only phone orders at this time. Doors locked due to short staffing. When you go to order through their drive through window - they say they cant take an order through their window and to " keep trying to call " when their lines go straight to voice-mail..... unsure why, but they make it nearly impossible to order here.
