Blond girl was not very friendly. I was really interested in a small dog & she hardly gave me the time of day. I was very discouraged. I will go elsewhere. I only saw 2 dogs for adoption. However, I was impressed by the cleanliness. Probably because not many animals. Heide Moss

Adopted my kitten from here. The workers were very helpful, kind and made the process simple! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an animal to look here.

Hi Joe, The Bucks County SPCA operates two Open-Admission, No-Time-Limit shelters. We only euthanize an animal that has severe medical or behavioral issues; never because of lack of space or time. We're proud to report that our Live Release Rate for 2017 averaged 88.3% (over 90% some months). This is comparable to shelters or rescues who define themselves “no kill.” We choose not to use that term because it can be confusing and have different meanings to different people. Please feel free to call or stop in if you have additional questions.
Hi, its $25 minimum for a surrender fee, they will neuter and spay the cats, and they're a no kill shelter.
My husband and I went there on June 2nd without an appointment and there was no problem. They were extremely helpful and friendly and we ended up adopting a dog and taking her home that day.
They get few dogs and when they do they are adopted very quickly. You must keep posted with their web page.
Hi Cassie, Please give our shelter a call at 267-347-4674 to see how we can help.

Hi Cindy! We are still accepting applications on our website: http://www.bcspca.org/programs-services/adoptions-admissions/
It has said that for some time now. I know if you leave your name and number they will return your call. There is always someone there to help in an emergency.
Depends on the dog need to go to SPCA and find the dog first. Good luck

Hi Denise! The dogs still need to be medically and behaviorally evaluated, and neutered before they can go up for adoption. We will be announcing when the dogs become available on our social media pages, and they will appear on our website: http://www.bcspca.org/meet-animals/
Hi Eileen, Thank you for thinking of us, we would be able to accept your donation as long as it is in good condition. You can bring your donation by the shelter anytime during our open hours: 12-6 PM on weekdays and 12-3 PM on weekends.
