We are VERY happy that we chose LappStructures. Jared was always quick to respond to all of our numerous questions. Our house is on a fairly steep hill & Jared & the crew were willing to come out & assess our lot 3 times for free to make sure they could deliver the shed. Another shed company was charging us $3500 for build on site & we had to pay $50 for the lot assessment. The site prep crew, Jonas, was very diligent & did an amazing job with the retaining wall that we needed. He sent pictures of the inside of the structure to make sure we knew how it was built. The delivery guy, Erwin, was great to work with. He texted me when the shed was delivered & made sure we didn’t have any questions. We had a 5 starr experience from the beginning to the end 👍 Thank you!

Wow! I started working with Rosie in February 2019 on my 16’ x 24’ yard barn. Rosie was the best coordinator and worked with me on my design. I must say Rosie was quite patient with me with everything I wanted and the changes I made as well. She offered great 👍 suggestions as well. She worked with me over several months and the company was understanding when I finally got my concrete pad in. Once all was done on my end, Country Structures personnel kicked in. On November 1, 2019, after driving four hours, five young men arrived at my home at 7:30 am. It was quite brisk that day, but this crew worked like a well-oiled machine. I never seen anything like this before. They worked and worked and worked some more. All five young men were very professional and very polite. This crew worked over 12 hours to complete this building. They picked up everything and put it on their trailer to take away. All that was left was a beautiful yard barn. Everything was perfect on this build from the arched windows to the copper penny roof to the stained glass weather vane. During the build, I noticed many onlookers admiring the workmanship of this building. Today is November 6, 2019 and I can’t tell you how many of the neighbors commented on how much they loved the look of the structure. I am so proud of it! Most townships and municipalities require a basic permit to install a shed. Proximity to property lines and height restrictions are some things to keep in mind when getting your permit.
We normally deliver and install our buildings fully assembled. In the event there is insufficient access to your site, we are able to deliver the shed in a kit form, and build it on-site for you. There is an additional charge for this service.
You are responsible for either preparing the site or hiring a contractor to prepare the site for you before your structure is delivered. We can recommend trusted local contractors if desired.
Delivery time frame varies dependent on time of year and the structure ordered, but generally runs between a few weeks for more basic buildings, up to two months or more for large, custom installations.
We use a heavy-duty pickup truck and a hydraulic tilt trailer that’s specifically designed to move sheds. In damp back yards or tight spaces, we also have a Mule “fork lift” that is able to move smaller buildings into position.
Our commitment to you is that we will take responsibility for any manufacture related deficiencies for five years. We stand by our products, provided that your structure is placed on a level stone pad.
