Looked online to see what kind of wood pellets were availabe. Saw what we wanted and drove down (40 min. Drive) only to find out the pellets were out of stock. We bought our pellet stove and pellets in the past and were highly pleased with the service, but thus time we learned not to depend on the website for accurate information. Always call first.

Wood Heat took care of the entire installation with regards to the gas fireplace insert. They made sure to keep all areas clean. They were able to install the gas line and electric hook-up without any disruption. Tim Anderson was very helpful in selecting the appropriate fireplace insert and took care of all the arrangements without any problems. Didn’t have to wait very long to schedule date of installation. When the job was done the fireplace was beautiful.

Basically was lied to from salesman Mark about installation. He was supposed to come prior to installation and never showed. Installers refused to do what was promised by salesman.
