This location is very clean and neat. The staff aren’t the best, they have an attitude and get bothered when you ask for water (lol) So whatever. Also, The line for the drive through is insane!! It’s so hard to park as well. To be honest, This is the worst location I’ve been to.

My initial interaction and dialogue with Raul the barista who took my order was great! Then I had to wait 14 minutes for my frap which hey it's understandable I get high volume store but here's where I got frustrated. They call my name and only my drink is ready so I have to remind the barista about my venti ice water and my food item(bacon bites) which then took a few more minutes on top of all that the other barista gets me the wrong bites and instead of venti ice water she brings me a grande ice water hardly any ice her excuse was that they are short on Venti cups even tho she just gave my partner a Venti ice water right before me. I mean there's a way to be tasteful and there's a way to be rude the girls here are definitely more on the rude side!!

I brought my personalized Loki cup and all the baristas feel in love with it. Many compliments on my cup and they were kind enough to assist me when I needed my order to be customized a specific way. I like coffee, especially iced but I am not a fan of it being too strong. They made it perfect. Not too strong and not too light. They made it just right. Will be coming back!!
