I normally only come to this location if the Target is closed. The staff are very friendly but I order the most simple drink and it tastes awful every single time I’ve ordered it. I think you guys need to review on how to make drinks.

Worst Starbucks in DTLA, period!!! They are downright Unfriendly. No Christmas spirit or cheer. Everyday is as if the workers here have been forced to come to work. You will think this is how every other Starbucks worker feels around here until you walk to the other Starbucks at The Bloc (inside Macy's) and find the exact opposite with lovely friendly people serving you. If you can, try and avoid the Negative vibe of this particular Starbucks and go to the other one where you can truly get served cheerfully. We all need our coffee with positivity to have a great day!
