I was so very impressed with ServPro's professionalism. There was a valve malfunction under a sink causing a steady steam of water to run under flooring in three rooms and down into the crawl space. Todd, John, and team took charge the moment they arrived. Packed up glass ware from China cabinet, moved furniture and boxes, took up hardwood flooring, removed wet insulation in crawl, set up equipment to dry sub flooring above and below, etc. etc.... They kept me informed every step of the process. Words can not express how much I appreciated SerPro's knowledge and work ethic, as I was in a state of shock. I certainly would recommend them. They truly do make it like it never happened. :)

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
