I went to Lawrenceburg Ind. Location on June 16th and went thru the drive thru. I got a chicken pot pie that was very good but I also got 6 Buffalo wings that were not even edible. They must have been sitting around to long bc they were hard and nasty. I had to throw the wings away.

New chicken sandwich is sooo good. I bought the regular and hubby bought the spicy. Tender, crunchy, and lots of chicken. Pickles were perfect. Cashier very nice.

So my 5* rating is based on me getting what I paid for. My chicken was dry. That was my expectation. It met my expectation. The biscuits were hard. Of course they were. This is a fast food restaurant that cooks food in advance. I have the expectation of knowing the quality of my food will vary, but hey, I'm only spending $7 on a meal ready in 2 minutes. If I were wanting premium tasting chicken, and the freshest food, I would go somewhere that charged me double. My point is, I got what I paid for. My $7 is not for perfect food. It's for edible food. And at KFC, the food has been consistently edible. Well done.
