Staff nice and helpful. Transportation to airport was good even though they seem to lack a dedicated driver. Facilitates are okay; my room had an obnoxiously loud air conditioner. I turned it off and dealt with warmer temperatures rather than listen to that thing. I booked a room on the "park and go" rate but was still told I need to pay $10 for parking when I arrived. Not sure if front desk person was mistaken or if the setup is not fully clear.

Upon arriving on 7/1/22 my credit card on file was charged a 2nd time. My spouse and I prepaid using AAA prepay & save. We attempted to get this matter resolved by calling the front desk and asking for the Manager and was told she would not be in until Monday 7/4/22. We ended up speaking with Melissa who was not only unhelpful but unbelievably rude as she clearly wanted to explain away the obvious error no matter what we said to her about our booking/reservation being prepaid(she listened to respond NOT to understand). Needless to say before we could ask anything else she cut us off abruptly while we were speaking and then hung up on us. The room my spouse and I were assigned was a bit dusty(#320); looked as if no one had been in it in a while. Rooms should be checked daily for cleanliness whether someone stays in them or not; The shower head/tub faucet was not secured to the wall.

Our family rented five rooms for a family gathering at this Hampton. The only positive thing I can say about this Hampton was the front desk lady (Melissa)! She did all she could to help and with a smile. Our guest room was ok, but a few of of our family had no soap & were told there was none. I understand the staffing situation is currently inadequate but there was no daily service at all. The meeting room we paid to use was disgusting! The carpet and chairs were filthy! We are long time Hilton Honors members and have stayed at quite a few Hamptons and a few Hilton Garden Inns but I have NEVER been to one so poorly maintained!

The room seemed clean. Little things were off like a broken lamp on the desk in the room; no toilet paper holder (the middle part), grout missing in the tiles in the bathroom, no hand soap. The lady cleaning during breakfast was thurough and kind. The front desk people were... efficient. It just seems like an older hotel tucked away near the airport. I'm glad there was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room.
