Me and my boyfriend use to get it all the time when we lived out in Englewood and we still drive 30 minutes for it. Love the food we normally go through the drive thru but we went inside and it brings me back to my childhood. I just love it so much 😋❤ cotton candy blizzard with ex pieces 😍 and peanut butter blizzard 😋 😍 chicken strips and fries and burger and fries 🍟 😋 😍 our friend loved his food and shake as well.

I ordered a Mocha Moolatte... I'm not certain what I received but it wasn't a Moolatte. I went back in to nicely address the issue and before I could even finish my sentence the young lady snatched the item from my hand and forcefully threw it in the trash can, immediately walked back and began to make me another. She handed it to me after she was finished and I tried it and it still didn't taste like or look anything like a Moolatte. What she made was white with brown chocolate specks throughout it and was nearly tasteless. I asked her if they had changed it and she told me no. But I've been getting these for more than 15 years. It's the only thing I ever order. It's my favorite! And I'm telling you this was not made correctly. But I didn't argue with her and accepted her offer to make me another. The next one still tasted nothing like it but I was not going to have her continue to throw these out and make new ones. She was very compliant with addressing the issue but she did it in a very rude manner. Not sure if I would be returning to this particular location considering the Moolatte is all I ever order and I didn't even want to finish what I had received that night. I pretty much wasted my money and a considerable amount of time. Pretty disappointing.

Every single time we come to this DQ location, our blizzards are soupy. They never flip them upside down to show the texture because they know the ice cream will just hit the floor. Not worth the 25-30 minute wait in line. We live in Englewood and it’s annoying that we have to drive to the Huber heights location just to get what we pay for. It had been months since we’ve been to this location and tonight we decided to give it another try and what do you know? 25 minutes in line for more ice cream soup and my husband’s blizzard was missing toppings. Just so annoying.

The girl in the speaker was not very clear saying "what ? " over and over .. you could hear the other workers in the background goofing off .. one said " oh my god i hate you " talking to the other employee ... Meanwhile the lady could NOT hear what I was saying. My order was wrong . We ordered 2 , #6's with american cheese .. ( we got exactly only cheese sadly no toppings 0f any kind ) we ordered a banana split with extra pineapples and some how got only pineapples ... and the peanutbutster job with extra peanuts and chocolate had very little peanuts and a lot of chocolate.. very bad proportions when there was supposed to be extra of both . Anyways I'm very dissatisfied with my service.. the food was fresh but all wrong . Did not get what I paid for.
