They were helpful in this emergency alternator change. They took in my battery and charged it to ensure no damage to the new alternator after install.

My husband and I took a trip we came home through Massachusetts and the roads there were so bad the bumps shattered a tail light bulb on our RV. We thought for sure we would have to find a RV place, but no you guy's had the correct bulb and the lady working was great.

Depends on who is helping you. I went into the Englewood, Ohio location the other day and was very specific on what I was looking for. I even gave my phone number which showed my exact vehicle to verify the part needed. Anyways, after the staff fumbled around even looking for what I needed (a very common part) he went searching for the part. He grabbed several packages before saying he had the part I needed. After I bought the part he said "That SHOULD be the one". I said, "SHOULD be?!" The staff then said "Yeah, you'll know really quick if it isn't the right one." I thought well, this guy knows nothing. I go home and look the part number up myself using their website and sure enough is says in plain English THIS PART DOES NOT FIT YOUR VEHICLE. Tell me why you even looked at your computer and wasted my time? You were friendly, yes... but clueless in this situation. I suggest verifying parts when asked for help, otherwise you aren't helping at all. I went to another area store to return the part I had and search for the correct one. I ended up being frustrated that the website showed in stock at the location I was in but the shelf was empty. I then reluctantly purchased it through Amazon. This is the first real problem I've encountered with any of your stores.

Showed up with a buddy last night to buy some paint for his new bumper that I'm painting and he didn't have a bumper on the truck since I'm working on his. One of the employees walks out and starts trash talking his truck to a customer. The other month I had ordered a part for my truck and they sent it too the wrong store 🤦🏼‍♂️ Needless to say never coming back to this location. I will be contacting upper management so they can evaluate this store...
