Whenever you try to get a hold of anyone to let them know about things or to ask questions they never respond. I told them about my 30 day notice on leaving the apartment at the beginning of May and kept trying to get a hold of them and they never responded. Trinity Carnicom was the best part of living in Parkville Apartments. She was always willing to help out with whatever concerns you may have. Both moving in from out of town and with my move out of state after two years of living there. She was very professional and caring and made my time there an easy and enjoyable one. The location was perfect for ease of living and work as everything was nearby. By far the most efficient living experience of my life.

Hi I'm Donald. I have lived at Parkville for 12 years, and I never plan on leaving. The new management has been the best since I've lived here. Like the other review, Trinity and Gerald are the best staff, and they always go above and beyond for the community. For reasonable rent, you can't go wrong with Parkville Apartments in Englewood.

I do not leave comments on apartments, but i just had to about this community. I visited Parkville a few days ago, and instantly fell in love with the look and location. The community was very well kept, and nestled in a beautiful suburban neighborhood. I then took a tour of a 1 bedroom with the leasing manager who was very warm and easy to talk to. I believe her name was Trinity. I love that the apartments are well maintained and updated for the price. You just cant find a better deal in Englewood! I will definitely be applying, and living at Parkville for years to come!
