Usually, I have a great experience when I order Pizza Hut through my local store. I've had some rough experiences with them also. They always make it right in the end. Tonight, was an amazing experience. Thank you.

The rest of these comments are absolutely in line with my experience. Placed a delivery order and didn’t notice the delivery time was 140 minutes. It took many, many calls to reach the store to change my order to carry out. The lady who answered was polite and accommodating. Pickup was about 10 minutes beyond my pickup time. After I got home is when I noticed that one of my pizzas was completely incorrect and none of my requests were followed. I was going to give this location another chance, but Ive been diverted to an off site customer support line to place my order. Might try the Brookside location just because of how many people have stated the same thing. This location needs help. Edit: the Brookside location is just as bad. What a shame. Edit2: I tried it once again only by going to the store in person, placing my order directly with an employee and waiting 25 minutes. In this case, the food was prepared correctly and timely. I will raise my review to 3 stars because while the product was good this time, I had to go to lengths a lot of people do not do anymore. Edit3: I have been back for carryout orders and everything has been excellent. Not sure what was going on before but it seems good now.

The app said it would be 80-95 minutes for our food to arrive. Our food was more than 30 minutes late. I ordered at 6:49pm and the food arrived after 9pm. We tried to call to check on our food and were hung up on. The food was warm and fresh, but how late it arrived was disappointing.

I feel really stupid that I decided to give this Pizza Hut location another shot. It seems like this place is always experiencing some kind of Technical difficulties. I placed an online order and paid online, waited over an hour which was given to me via app only to walk in to the Pizza Hut location and be told that their computers were down and that they didn’t know where my pizzas were or when my pizzas would be ready. What kind of computer system is your establishment running? windows 98? this is absolutely unacceptable, Not to mention the amount of time that people have to wait to pick up an order! This is absolutely ridiculous. How do you people stay in business?
