We spent about $45 here and was not given most of our items, after waiting 1 hour inside. The “manager” just kept walking away as I was explaining what they forgot. They definitely need help, so if anyone is looking for a job, I’d apply here! Really nice building, HORRIBLE customer service/experience!

Ordered a hamburger and it had no meat. I had torn it in half, so no I didn't eat half the sandwich before realizing. Employees were not friendly. Fries were warm. Nuggets were hot.

The play place is nice to have on a rainy day for lunch! I don't mind the kiosk ordering, but our food wasn't right. I got the correct food in a reasonable time, but the employee threw the fries on a tray and they all came out of the holder. Was sloppy and rude when I asked for the missing fry. I like that you sit down and they bring the food. That helps when you have littles with you.

10-5-21 8:00 PM Stopped by for a cheeseburger meal and a quarter pounder w/cheese meal. Sorely disappointed. Cheeseburgers were fine but both large fries were cold, under portioned, and not done. The quarter pounder...well, look at it. Would you feed this to your child or a loved one? How are you okay with serving this? I understand everyone has a bad day on the job. I'd know, I work in food service. I've been here several different times and I've been putting off this review in hopes that they fix their system but here I am leaving one star even though they don't even deserve that.
