I lived there for 3 years taking care of my handicap mother. It's a nice place with good residents and staff. Apartment was freshly remodeled and maintenance was timely. Jennifer was a dream to work with. She takes the whole place to a higher level. I would highly recommend!

These are average apartments at best. The upgrades have been nice, but you can tell the work was rushed and sloppy. There is minimal to no grounds maintenance. Snow removal? What’s that? We don’t even get a plow to come through once and the sidewalks never get cleaned, we have to shovel our own porches out to the sidewalk, that doesn’t get snow removed at all. The apartments next to us get regular snow removal. Must be nice.

Jennifer is very PROFESSIONAL and cares about her Tenants! She always puts her best foot forward if there's an issue for maintenance,and maintains the grounds on a daily or weekly basis.

My husband and I have been waiting for the day to move in for a few months and the day finally came and we LOVE It! It is beautiful. Unlike any other place, when you first come here to ask for a tour of an apartment and you get the chance to see what you will get, you actually get what you see. Everything is perfect. Jennifer I fantastic and keeps you up to date with any new changes to your application. She is very sweet and keeps the place looking beautiful. You will not be disappointed!
