Anyone who goes to Frisch's knows it has the best service. The servers there are always on point, they're friendly, courteous will never let you run out of coffee.. The breakfast bar seems as though it's gone down in quality but I still love it... And for those who don't know they do have a drive-thru around the back in case you don't want to sit in.

The only positive things are at least my cheeseburger was fresh and my waiter was prompt. For 90% of my visit my waiter was trying to seat guests, take orders, and fill customer needs. He did a good job, but it was too much for one person. Finally when I was ready to leave staff started helping him. Don't fall for the new "craft burgers" all it is is a super big boy with different toppings. Sadly Friches is just a shell of what they were.

Our bus of 37 people was warmly welcomed. The staff was efficient and friendly. Casi was exceptional! Keeping on top of all the orders. Food was good and timely served. The salad bar was fresh. The chicken noodle soup was very good. The bacon cheeseburger was tasty.

Since the menu prices increased, this place has been more of a convenience stop than an enjoyable dining experience. Yes, your order is fresh and promptly brought to your table however, if you order the soup and salad bar, it is very likely you will have to ask for items to be refilled before starting your plate of salad and/or soup...and STILL out of saltines?! Sadly, we are visiting this location less often. We like to support our local businesses but for the sake of budget, we can go elsewhere and get a steak with baked potatoe and salad for the same money and return home quite satisfied.

I use to work at this location and I promise to u there's a manager that was there who made it impossible to be a happy server and the drive thru didn't have a cook it was one guy just cause your the only car does not mean your the only customer this Frisch's is the best Miller lane is trash but they r coming up since they have a new mgr and btw when u come n rude af n can't understand sometimes things happen your server can't control and your mean to her they prolly aren't gonna b so nice no matter where u go we do not control how long ur food takes n we make 4 dollas a hr btw so think bout that also if I was ever ur server I guarantee u loved me 😍
Seating is spaced at recommended distance and sanitized after each use. No condiments are on the tables so you must ask for what you need. We felt very safe eating our meals.

The food was under cooked. The waitress offered to microwave it. This is the buffet. So anyway the manager was compensating to us.
