Old hard shrimp. I paid for 2 popcorn shrimp meals & waited patiently. They served me old hard shrimp that has probably been sitting since lunch time. I didn't check the boxes until I left. Highly disappointed. What a waste of money in these tight times. Just wanted to treat myself 😔

Clearly stated my order, was not repeated back. Received plain instead of spicy chicken tenders. Did not receive dip for my chicken tenders that was stated in my order. My drink was dripping soda down the side and no napkins were given and also no straw. This is my second time out of five times I have visited this particular Popeyes and my order was not correct.

So today was the first time I have ever stopped at Popeyes. I will never go back!!! I ordered 2 wings, 2 thighs and red beans & rice. I got home and what did I get? 3 wings, 1 thigh, and no red beans & rice. How does this happen? I was THE ONLY CAR in line!!!!! What a drastic customer service failure!! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the girl working the drive thru window was very pleasant and courteous. All I can say is Wow!!! That was terrible!!

That location is the worst. The staff is horrible. I watched a manager sit and eat a box of food at the drive thru window while the store is consistently out of food. She was handing orders out the window while doing this.
