Terrible I'll drive to tri cities or Ephrata. The staff is lazy and rude and the dol should do a better job of informing its customers that the only efficient way to get in is online thru appts. There are Elders and Children Waiting outside for 3+ hours just to get turned away. Terrible business practices they should alternate between appts and the people waiting for hours

Prompt, excellent service. Every time I gave gone there the experience has been a good one - I don't remember all the employees but Adolph was very helpful and understanding when last we went there to deal with a snarl-up from another state.

Your best option would be to get it online.
You can't take test online. Too easy to cheat. They have practice test online u can do tho. A test & exam are generally considered the same. All (tests/exams) are done at the driving school. U can even use their cars for a fee.

I could be wrong but I believe they do. I reached the point yesterday where I had enough and set an appointment to do the permit test at a driving school.
I tried scheduling online but it doesn't give me the Moses Lake DOL.
Yes. I was just there. Once you are at the door they come out to set an appointment for you to return.

They don't do license anymore. U have to make appt at one of the Driving schools for the written & practical tests. Then go to DOL (by El Rodeo) & they take ur pic & do eye exam. **Edit: Sep 2020 Have to make appt online. Walk-ins are only allowed b4 noon.
