I purchased a Violin several months before. I wasn’t happy with it each time I came to the violin shop they always try to upsell me to another violin. I finally told them that I wasn’t happy with my violin and I needed I would like a refund. They denied my refund and unfortunately they started arguing within themselves pushing and slapping each other. Finally they told me to get out of the violin shop. I left feeling extremely mortified. I can’t believe they are running a business where they’re treating their clients who paid hard earned money for violins and can’t even get a refund. I spent over $3000 at their shop. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Seriously do not recommend anyone going there.
