My mom loves it! I bought this for my Mom who has hearing loss. the sound quality is good and this is much cheaper than traditional hearing aids I've seen in doctor's office. Not fancy but they works! Just like Toyota vs BMW. She's happy with the hearing aids. Great value, good quality, fits my budget.

I have had nothing but a complete run around from this company since receiving my hearing aids exactly one week ago today. I asked for a call back for an update during the shipping process and they didn't contact back in any form when they agreed to call back. I asked for them to send me a proper invoice with their actual address on it for shipper and they agreed to but have yet to. Today issues with one of the hearing aids showing it's defective just yet another run about . Be careful with this company. I personally won't recommend them to anyone and will make sure if anything to warn people away from using them at all. Just based on a professionalism I do not recommend doing business with them in any manner.

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Most of the issues with feedback/squealing are related to the fit of the tip in the ear canal. Please follow the correct wearing procedure below to reduce/eliminate squealing for your hearing aids: - Squealing happens when a user doesn't fit the tube or domes well in his/her ear canal. - Please adjust the volume to the lowest before putting the domes into your ear canal. After the domes fitted well, you can slowly level up the volume until you can hear well. - If you hear a squealing sound, it means that your ear canal is larger than the dome meaning, there is a slight space between the ear canal lining and the ear dome. Therefore, the amplified sound leaked out and received by the microphone again. The result is a squealing sound caused by positive feedback echoing. - We recommend you to fit the ear dome inside of your ear canal well and make sure that there is no "loose" fitting.
