Came here for breakfast and person who took order in drive thru did a great job and was accurate but we got about 2 miles down the road (we were traveling) and out sandwiches had no egg and they put sausage on them so we couldn't eat them since we're vegetarian and it simply wasn't worth turning around for since we had to get in by a certain time. We left a message on their machine but never got a call back. Very disappointing experience!

I came here about 40 minutes before closing and ordered 2 quarter pounder burgers with cheese. This was after the firework show so the drive thru was packed. The line took a pretty long time but I understand it was probably an unexpected rush. When we got home we opened our boxes which were clearly marked as quarter pounders. The burger Patties were undoubtedly the frozen cheap burgers that are from the value menu. This is obviously disappointing because the never frozen quarter pounder patties are much better. I think they just threw them in hoping we wouldn’t notice because of the influx of customers. This is bad business and I am very displeased with this experience.

You could only order via the kiosk and only 2 of the 4 were working. So everyone had to crowd by the door waiting for other people to place their order. Confused a lot of people on top of irritating the same people. Not sure if this was JUST this facility or if this is the way McDonald's is headed. Not digging it. So service? Booooo!!!!! Food? Typical McDonald's.

I’m honestly irritated! This is annoying not only is this made sloppy and does not look Appetizing at all! Not only that I asked for NO ONIONS! And what do I get? Unions 🤦🏻‍♀️ And the girl handing me my food is rude and unprofessional 🤷🏻‍♀️ I get that you guys may be busy but being sloppy and unprofessional is NOT ok! Y’all need to get it together honestly
