I’ve seen dr. Paluch since I was young and I don’t know why we didn’t switch doctors sooner. Not only has she been rude and very pushy about different shots and vaccines but she also somehow missed the fact that my little sister had scoliosis for years. While she was doing a sports physical the one year my mother actually noticed it and brought it up and dr. Paluchs reaction really was “Oh my. Yea I don’t know how I didn’t see that, we’ll get her x-rays I guess.” As well as that the walk in is absolutely ridiculous, went in being told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait which turned into a 5 hour wait. Along with waiting they were not calling back patients in the order they were checked in. I watched two people who were checked in a whole hour after me get called back and sent out 2 hours before I was even called back. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the receptionists on the phone are rude as hell. Called one time because I know the wait has been crazy long lately to see if I could maybe even get just a small time slot to be there because I knew I needed to be seen but would’ve have a ride until later in the day and was told by the receptionist that I needed to pay attention to the departments of the clinic because it was called a walk in for a reason and they was no way she was letting me try to make an appointment. After trying to explain that I was inbetween doctors but needed to be seen due to the fact my knee might be out of place and I knew I wasn’t going to have a ride she told me she didn’t need to hear my life story and that again it was called a walk in for a reason.

We spent the first few hours of our day here today. We recieved phenomenal service and care by everyone- the receptionists, the nurses, the lab technicians, the radiation department- everyone was incredibly helpful, efficient, and professional. The doctor we saw, last name Reynolds, has such great bedside manner and wanted to get to the root of what was ailing my husband- and she did. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with taking a family member to the doctor. Thank you!

Went here for pediatrics...... Got tired of rude nurses and a Dr. Who can't remember what you just told her and treats you like another number. Eventually you get tired of just wanting to be rushed out and not listened too by anyone. She also could NEVER show up in time to the appointment, and would keep you waiting and waiting. I could go on and on about this place. But I'll spare you. Needless to say we don't go here anymore, and that's been the best choice!

Dr Elliott is my orthopedic physician surgeon and I am very pleased with his work to the last year. The clinic in the staff has been very pleasant to work with and always prompt on answering any questions that I have. I know waiting for surgery can be quite troubling or you left in the guessing game but the staff here does not do that for Dr Elliott. I see it another person but not for this particular orthopedic problem and Tracy and her staff as well has been always very pleasant always wanting to be there to answer my questions when I was in doubt kind of pick up my spirits and let me know everything's going to be okay. I will continue my health welfare with confluence health and the orthopedic doctors and will recommend them for anybody in the future thank you
