KVH Family Medicine has consistently forgotten to record agreed-upon appt. times, as well as cancelled appts. without notifying me - this has happened 4 times in the past 6 months. I show up to the office to then be told I have no appt. scheduled and I should go home. Would not recommend.

This is the worst hospital in the County and unfortunately the only one. They are luckily to even have a business license. They don't serve the people of this County well at all. I would recommend driving to Yakima to avoid this terrible establishment. You also better make sure you pay them for all the services that they don't disclose will cost money, if you don't they'll sue you and take you to court. Kittitas Valley Hospital should be ashamed of the way the treat the people that live in the valley. I will not be taking any business here unless it's an absolute necessity or emergency. And even then I'll expect to get screwed over by the billing department.

I have lived in this valley for approximately 14 years. I have unfortunately had to use this hospital/clinic for a total of 3 or 4 times. Every experience has been bad in one way or another. If you can drive to the Westside for your health care do it. Do waste your time at any of KVH facilities.

The medical care was great. They helped me through the issue that I was facing. What happened after my visit has enraged me for many months. The payment service that I was directed to use when I received my bill never answered their phone. I left messages at least 5 times and never received a call back to help me make payment arrangements. Now I am in collections and have to pay the agency a lot of interest on top of my bill to the hospital. I feel like this has been orchestrated to be a money maker for the hospital and the collection agency because a human being with the hospital never answered my calls. Good for care. Terrible for people to actually make payments and cover their bill. This whole scenario is being referred to an attorney for a look.

Kittitas County has a coordinated response to distribute vaccine, which includes partners such Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH), Central Washington University, Community Health of Central Washington, along with our responders from the Incident Management Team. Currently, partners are determining a point of distribution location for the B1 category in order to provide the most efficient method of getting vaccine to individuals in this category. We are also awaiting notification from the State on when vaccine will be available for the B1 category. The Kittitas County Public Health Department we will notify the public via press release when this location is established, and vaccine is available. KVH will share this information on our social media channels and website. Thank you for your willingness to be vaccinated. Stay safe and we hope to have more answers for you soon.
Beverly - great question. We recommend calling the COVID clinic for the current answer to what is an evolving situation for clinics everywhere. They should be able to give you an estimate on testing results. See our website's COVID page for the clinic's contact information: https://www.kvhealthcare.org/coronavirus/
