This place is a money hungry medical nightmare! They treat clients as if they are just a number and god forbid you need any pain management! They treat middle class citizens as if they are low life drug seekers! I am appalled at how I have been treated. I am expected to make 2 separate appointments for different purposes because the appt times are longer for specific issues.. they told me I need a 30 min appt to talk about my issue when I explained my issue in less than 3 min to the receptionist to even establish an appt! Carissa Dahl posted on the website she cares about her clients, yet she can’t even return a phone call to the client! The nurse Miranda said to me “I guess you will need to take ibu “ and then hung up on me! Self-centered and egotistical bunch of crooks if you ask me!

Called 4x today to schedule an appointment, and listened to music and periodically ring for over 20 minutes each time and no one answered. How are you suppose to make an appointment?! Not to mention they way over charge for an office visit to only see a PA that does nothing for you. They just want to refer you to all their different departments with no results. Their health care system is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. It is a shame!

I would just like to preface this with the fact that I have not posted a review once in my life. The service here was so disorganized and disgusting it had compelled me too. I was turned away due to the covid symptoms I had. But I could not get a negative reading so that I could enter because their clinic takes 5 days to report back with results. Also they had told me even if I could be taken in they would not have room for a week. This should be embarrassing for these medical professionals. Especially because they have these large building all over town and not one to accept someone with non life threatening covid symptoms. I do recommend making the 35 minute drive to Yakima urgent care in union gap where I was taken in the same day as my struggles with kvh and had negative test results within an hour and had my strep throat diagnosed in the same. Avoid these doctor offices like a plague unless your dying.

I've been pleased with my medical care. Very knowledgeable and they take their time. Office visits are a bit steep, but I've noticed most are here in Washington. If you want competent care you won't mind paying. Office staff is usually friendly. Those that aren't I've noticed don't last long. Been a patient here for nearly five years.
