For the past year half of the treadmill machines dont work. The hydro beds don’t work either. Pointless membership. Management horrible. AC has been leaking for 6 months now and still not fixed.

The gym is super clean. Showers are not clean and hot water is not even warm. Weights are great and staff is kind and courteous. Watch your billing, corporate is completely disconnected from the individual store and they often mistakenly send people to collections. I am the third person at the gym with an 800 credit score and sent to collections. When we asked about the billing, we were told that it was corporate and the gym shows we were current.

I'm downgrading my rating to 2 stars. Equipment is highly lacking in maintenance. Every other machine seems to be missing screws or is falling apart. I had to try 3 different treadmills before I found one that worked . There aren't many options in the area but I'll be switching gyms as soon as there are. * UPDATE: Just spoke to the manager about the fact that none of the equipment is getting repaired since I posted my review. She acknowledged that was true and that the owners don't seem to care about fixing any of it.

I like this gym but I wish they would staff 2 people at all times so I don't show up at 6am on a Sunday and there's no one there to open the gym.
