Best mma gym in San Diego. The instructors are really helpful and there is a good environment to enhance self defence abilities I Definitely recomend it!

Do i have to go with a parent if im 16?

Hello Nanette, Yes, we offer a three-day trial but in order to attend those three free classes you need to bring any of your parents to sign a consent form so we can have his/her authorization to let you participate in our self-defense and/or fitness programs.

How much do the classes cost and my son is 12 years old?
