The gym is literally falling apart. Almost all the leg machines have been broken and out of order for about a year now. There's a section of the gym that's literally yellow-taped with cones and looks like the floor is about to sink in. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting. They smell like sewage and the stalls are always out of order, soap dispensers pulled off the wall and laid out broken on the counter, and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. There's never any paper towels at any of the sanitation stations and the bottles are always empty. Also, there's a separate exercise room that is always closed so everyone is stuffed to workout in a small area of the gym. I have no idea why nothing has been done to improve the condition of this place but it’s ridiculous and a reflection of how careless the staff is about it.

Been coming here for about a year now and I understand coming back and out of the pandemic is a tough hump, and the gym has done a good job considering. The staff is nice and I'm always greeted coming in and also given a nice goodbye when leaving. The only thing that is incredibly bothersome is the fact that most people don't re rack their equipment or weights. Unfortunately that can't be fixed by the staff unless someone is literally doing laps and inspecting people during their work out, which, would also be bothersome haha. There's been more than one occasion where half the rack of dumbells are missing because they're taken somewhere and just left there. If any members read this please re-rack your weights. My rating would quickly jump to a 5 if the weights issue was resolved somehow. Thanks staff!!

Gym is kind of worn out, weights are always missing, the cap for the screw to pull down the bench for weights broke off. Space in the gym isn't utilized properly. I didn't even bother to check the bathroom as I'm sure it's just as terrible. I came into this establishment excited to try out a new gym and upgrade from planet fitness but this place is just bad. Only reason I can see someone coming here is if they're trying to bench press or deadlift, but even then the equipment is very scarce and someone is almost always in use.

They have the audacity to increase the fees by 25 percent with one month notice. All equipment broken. They have one squat machine and some teenagers are on it for hours. This is why crunch should enforce certain rules on franchisees to upkeep their reputation. Can’t wait till I cancel my membership

Yes, we're open outdoors! Come by any time during open hours and we'll get you set up. As Mr Rangel mentioned below, the current hours are Mon - Fri 6am-10pm, Sat & Sun 8am-6pm.

I edited the hours a while ago. And today it said approved and live. But I put 5am to 11pm daily just like the website says.
To be safe. Not sure open till close BUT I KNOW THERE OPEN AT 6:30 A. M. TILL 9:30 AT NIGHT. I go crazy hours. Super nice people and there over the top on equipment. The latest. They dont have it? They don't make it. HAVE FUN.
It is not even open yet..now theyre pushing back the date even further to november. I signed up for months and been waiting. I write a fitness blog and am trying hard to put anythingnegative inmy next article about this gym

Ronnie, we aren't the only one closed in the county. We'll open back up indoors as soon as state & local government authorities deem it safe to do so. Thanks for understanding. In the meantime El Cajon Jamacha, Pacific Beach, Eastlake, and Carlsbad are all open outdoors as well.

They don't have an exact hack squat machine but they do have the seated leg press machine and similar leg press machines that is weighted with cables. They also have regular squat racks and the Smith machine too
No, Destiny. However, we are planning to open indoors ASAP and are working through some of the new guidelines / legal requirements now. Please stay tuned! We'll certainly be announcing updates on the indoor gym reopening on social media and also via email to all members.
No the owner said all memberships will be on hold until they re open again.
Hi Sean, we just reopened this morning! New temporary hours of operation are Mon-Fri 5a to 10p; Sat & Sun 6a to 7p
