Not a great lumber yard anymore. Service is key to success. From forgetting to place the order in the first place to lying about its delivery and when it’s finally delivered it’s full of dry rot. Let’s see if they have the integrity to fix the problem This is actually the second time this exact scenario has happened so not a fluke

AWFUL. AVOID Poor quality lumber. Very rude. Arrogant. Went to order at 4pm on Thursday and they told me to leave and come back tomorrow. But they’re open until six!! Then, when I returned, they did nothing to expedite or help with the order When order arrived, Had to return 11 pieces of warped and chipped redwood. They acknowledged the lumber was of bad quality and Was told that they sometimes select wood of that caliber “based on the project”. What project wants warped and chipped wood?!?! You pay full price for bad lumber?!? Very nasty when I complained about service. Was hung up on twice when asked to speak to corporate. TERRIBLE

Fantastic lumber and hardware store, definitely replacing Lowe's and Home Depot for me. I'm building a Murphy bed kit and they not only have have the lumber and every tool needed, they're cutting all the wood to the given specifications! (Labor is much cheaper than materials too). Very clean and organized well, staff is friendly and more than helpful!
