Pharmacy is understaffed. Medications are never in stock. Pharmacy closes at 6pm. Three good reasons to take my business elsewhere.

My insurance requires me to use Walgreens and this store is the WORST! My prescriptions are never in stock first of all. Second, I had major surgery and they did not contact my insurance company when there was an "issue" with payment so I had to go 24 hours without pain meds. Then my husband went in to pick it up today and they gave him 3 prescriptions. GUESS WHAT THEY FORGOT????? THE TYLENOL!!! As soon as I feel better and can call my insurance, I will be pulling my rx's from Walgreens. Is it just this location or ALL Walgreens?

A very nice walgreens. Went for my covid booster. The lady giving the shot mispernounced my name, which caused some confusion. When I corrected her, politely, she seemed to take offense. She didn't both pinching up the skin on my arm like they did the first time and I feel like she actually tried to make it hurt. Poor bedside manner. 👎 Not sure why her attitude was so poor, she also wasn't wearing a mask. When it clearly states on the front door, masks are required. Maybe is was just me, and the fact that she wasn't familiar with older generation names? Not sure but it definately hurt more than the first time, and she should have been wearing a mask.
