Wonderful place! The staff here are always so nice and helpful, as well as professional. Even though they are busy, they are thorough and I grateful they have onsite X-ray. It’s always sparkly clean. The faces are familiar every time so not having a big turnover speaks volumes about the management. Best urgent care ever!

Very disappointed with this place. Tested positive with Covid and went to request medication for Covid symptoms called Paxlovid. Was told on the phone they didn’t necessarily have that medication but I could come anyway. When I arrived there were two people waiting before me. I was put in a room because I was positive. I waited 2 hours to be seen. I waited an hour just to be swabbed for a Covid test. After waiting another hour while I was miserable with Covid symptoms the NP came in to tell me she did not recommend the Paxlovid medication. She said it was “experimental” and “expensive” both of which are not true. It is FDA approved and free in the US with insurance. It was very unprofessional for her to try and dissuasive me based on her own personal beliefs when I told her my personal doctor had recommended it.

Before I get into the review I will say I have been here before with better insurance and they had me in and out. It wasn't that long of a wait. Now I have been here for right at an hour and still waiting. When I walked into the waiting room when first coming in there was no one in the waiting room. A couple walked in about 10 minutes after I got here and got seen before me. I'm waiting in a room and from outside the door everyone is being loud and obnoxious and laughing. If you need to be seen you are absolutely better off going to an emergency room as opposed to this place. And I've seen a bunch of emergency rooms the past couple years. So if you have not so great insurance it's not worth coming here. At all. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
