Walked in only to be looked at and spoken to like I was lying and dismissed to figure it out on my own. I was asked if something needed to be done to which I replied I don't know ma'am I'm not a doctor which is why I am here. Horrible place with an unwillingness to help. You're better off at North Oaks 😡

This place is horrible if I wouldn’t recommend them too anyway at all. They stereotype people instead of worried about treating people. Providers and front desk so unprofessional. I was discharged because I didn’t follow up for pulmonary function test. Jennifer Duncan is not a good provider the whole staff. They base you on insurance and provide insurance. Don’t go especially the one in Hammond. Stay away

Yes we do! Our rapid COVID tests are 15 minutes! Our PCR send out COVID tests are 24-72 hours.
Most Blue Cross Blue Shield insurances are accepted at this facility. However, if you are unsure if your insurance is in network, you can either call the clinic and someone should be able to assist you in answering that question, or there is a number located on the back of your insurance card that you may call to verify if the facility is in network.
