Two weeks ago I went to have my brakes done. $1000 later I took my car home with squeaky brakes. Today I took it back for them to check the squeak and they want another $700 for new brakes. If I could give them a lower score. They are not reputable.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a frequent customer who always gets my oil changes here. My engine was overheating and I was in need of an oil change so I thought I’d get their opinion. They said my water tank needed replaced. So I pay to get it replaced. The next day when I drive my Jeep, I hear a scraping sound and what smells like burning rubber. Never had this issue prior. My husband discovers my tire was not screwed on all the way. We take the Jeep back in. They now claim I need new brakes. Never ever will I return to this location. Awful customer service. Honestly, scary that unqualified techs are servicing customers cars and are so negligent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
