I went to this location for a product I knew they had in stock. I was unable to find it because I have problems visually differentiating items from one another. Typically I go through each item one by one until I find what I need but I was short on time today, so I asked an employee to show me where they kept the product I was looking for. I ended up asking Shana for help, but she refused to help me look for the product. I insisted she help me look, so she begrudgingly walked to an aisle, quickly glanced at the products and then told me it probably wasn’t in stock. Eventually I tracked down another associate who was able to locate the item for me in under a minute.

Many times, perhaps most of the time, this pharmacy cannot fill a prescription without my having to return to the pharmacy. Often they can only partially fill the prescription or they don't have the correct gauge for needles or they assure me they have the syringes when I call to check and when I get there they don't have them. Today was the most frustrating episode. The pharmacy dispensed a medication on July 14, 2021 for a ninety day supply. Last week the physician sent in a renewal prescription. The pharmacy was able to dispense 15 tablets and told me I could pick up the remaining 255 tablets today. A short while ago I received a text from the pharmacy that it was too early to refill the prescription and insurance would not pay for it. I phoned the pharmacy and after going through the history, I was cut off. I called back and was cut off after a few minutes of waiting. I called again and was cut off after over 18 minutes of holding. I called once more and finally got to a live person who had to put me on hold so she could speak with the pharmacist. Eventually she told me the remaining 255 tablets were from a different manufacturer, so insurance thought it was two different prescriptions. I am assured I can go there tomorrow to pick up the remaining portion of the prescription. I wasted well over an hour of my time on this. Time to switch pharmacies.

My favorite part of this location is going in when Jonathan is working. His work ethic and thoughtfulness are such a welcome experience when running a quick errand. It really is clear that he cares about helping you. I think he is a gem and this location is very lucky to have him.

I took the survey on the receipt but wanted to also shout out Johnathan here. It's not often you find a cashier who seems so welcoming and friendly, especially during a late night visit. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Rated 5 stars for him
