Loving this community so far! Move-in was a very smooth process. Erin, my leasing agent, was very communicative and helpful. My unit was practically spotless. Physically moving in was easy as the breezeways and steps are wide. The amenities here outperform any comparatively-priced complex in the area (many of which I toured). The pool is fantastic and the gym is a nice size. The two on-site dog parks are super convenient. My lease includes a garage which has been wonderful, but there is also ample parking in the lots. The grounds are well-kept and the overall atmosphere of the complex feels young but respectful. I’m excited and happy to make myself at home here.

Wonderful staff and location in relation to Columbus and downtown. Was a great place to start living, workout center and pool are of good quality. Plenty of nearby place to eat, shop and enjoy the outdoors!

I really wanted to leave this place a 4 or 5 star review because the staff and maintenance were really great and the property itself is really nice. However there were two main complaints that took away from the experience of our stay. The first being the noise. You can hear everything in these apartments. Every step your above neighbor takes as well as there conversations. You can also hear everything that goes on outside your entry door. The walls are too thin and don’t hold sound at all. The highway is also so loud if you live on the side next to it. You can hear it over anything else. For the premium price paid for this apartment I expected it to be built better and be quieter. The only other complaint I had is the charge for pet waste that isn’t picked up. You are aware of it when you sign the lease. But I feel that there should be some sort of 2 or 3 strike system. Accidents happen. I picked up other people’s waste just to save them a $300 dollar charge. I get the reasoning behind it but a quarter of a months rent is a bit excessive because once again accidents happen. Outside of that we mostly enjoyed our stay. Apartment are visually pleasing and the location is perfect. If it wasn’t for the two complaints above this would be a five start apartment complex. No crime. Minimal traffic and no issues with neighbors. If you can get over my complaints then this a good place to live.
