HS deserves nothing less than a 4 Star review. My partner and I have lived in HS for about 2 1/2 years, and are preparing to renew our lease this week for another 15 months. From Day 1, everything has been amazing, and we moved here during the height of Covid! The staff, including maintenance, have been nothing short of fantastic. Johnnea, who has been promoted to Community Manager, is the best. Sydney and Dani are phenomenal, always ready to help and answer any questions or concerns we have. We have never had a problem with maintenance - our work orders have always been completed in a timely manner (the very few times we've needed something), and once when Bryan needed a new part to help repair something for us, he kept us up to date on everything. The piece was on back order, which was out of his control. Our apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, and it is perfect for our needs. The kitchen is so spacious, especially considering this is an apartment. What is one of our favourite aspects is that each unit has an entire laundry room! Not something you see in apartments! We also have a garage and storage unit, and it is such a deal for ALL we have. We have never had an issue with anything. This is an apartment, so of course there will be an occasional noise from your neighbours, but honestly, as someone who doesn't work traditional hours, I've never had an issue with this (and I'm a very light sleeper). As for the property, it is seriously the best. The clubhouse was a major selling point for us. We have rented the theatre a few times for parties, and we had such a blast. The gym/meditation area is on point. They are 24 hours, and staff are always making sure we have a clean, safe environment. The business centre is a nice quiet spot - I have been there many times doing homework when I needed a change from our apartment. The larger area of the clubhouse has skee ball, billiards, and a beverage station for pop and coffee/tea. We stop by nearly every morning to get our cups of coffee, and honestly, it's one of our favourite things. HS is also incredibly pet-friendly - a major deal for us. They even have a jar of doggie treats to spoil your fur babies (and trust us, they do!) The pool area is always fun, and staff have even set up yoga sessions by the pool this year. Johnnea even started setting up food truck nights for the residents. They always go out of their way for community events to help us enjoy our home. There are also two grilling stations, and they have recently upgraded the second space so there are Edison lights and seating to enjoy it. The dog park is also a huge plus, and there are nice sidewalks along Warner Rd at the entrance to the complex. I see a lot of complaints about parking and towing. We have never had an issue with this. Management created designated visitor spots around the property - a great idea so your guests don't have to park far. They have advised the community many times about these spots being only for visitors, and to ensure we also have our parking stickers on our cars. They always send out reminders so we don't forget this, and always keep us up to date. They make the rules abundantly clear, and we've never had a problem. The same goes for the complaints about the trash and pool area. I'm not sure how things that are out of staff's control gets blamed on them. If residents misuse something or don't follow rules and something breaks (such as the compactor), this is entirely not their fault. The staff here have been nothing short of fantastic, and we're making this our home until we decide to build our house. This is truly the gem of Columbus, and I am constantly telling friends about the community. We are so fortunate to call HS our home.

Sydney was awesome and super helpful and made a stressful situation better BUT there was another woman who was Sydney’s supervisor that I felt was kind of rude and curt and gave me the wrong information saying that Sydney was wrong when she was actually right.

I have lived here in 1 year and paid my rent on time every month. The management left eviction notice on my door, because their computer made an error of 0.01, One cent. Before finding out their mistake they posted my door an eviction. The management are joke and racist. Even their headquarter and upper management didnt do nothing about the incident. Please keep your money and find another place.
