While this hotel is modern it misses the mark on a few easy things that create annoyance. After two stays over 3 months the online check in + mobile keys remains broken. You have to wait in line. Combine that with long waits to check in and this creates an annoyance that can easily be avoided at other hotels in the year 2022, particularly after travel and wanting to just go to your room. Second, you have to ask for room cleaning. And from my last two stays when I asked for room cleaning it was missed multiple times. Both make it not such a great experience.

It’s okay hotel with convenient location. Overall room is comfy and tidy. It’s a compact size with good layout. Few things to remind when getting a room here, 1) no microwave in room, 2) need to tell them about room service if staying multiple nights. 3) sometimes they forget so need to remind them next day 4) parking is bit tricky some nights.

Posting pics of the elevator because...Look! Haha. Staff were super friendly & all smiles. If you're not familiar with Aloft. The lounge spot is always nice! We didn't hang out there since we had plans elsewhere but check it out. Rooms were nice, clean & bed was soooo comfy!

It's incredibly scummy that they rent out a room right next to the lobby and bar. People shouting late into the night and the lobby music is played so loud you can hear it in the room even after the crowds die down. And don't forget the train blasting it's horn at 6am. Terrible experience.
