Very comfortable place to say, we stayed for weeks. I even left town for a couple of days and kept my room. The staff make me feel comfortable and safe from the first day. Staff shows that they care about their guest. Made sure I received my packages, cleaned the room as often as I wanted, and had ample food for breakfast. They also have an awesome coffee maker. If you plan to stay for a few days the rate is better. The only issue I experienced was the tub only worked as a shower and the elevator door is slow (I usually use the stairs). I would return without hesitation.

Loved this motel. I usually stay with Marriot and have timeshare and a Hilton CC but the staff at this hotel really made me LOVE Best Western. Clean and safe business and girls trip friendly, security on site after dark.

Clean rooms, friendly front desk staff at checkin. Didn't partake of breakfast but appreciated that tea, coffee, & creamers were left accessible after hours. Only complaint is the very noisy location. Never heard traffic from the 101 but Tulley St, adjacent to the hotel, is extremely noisy... bring ear plugs also, there's a unnecessary $5/day charge to park, really???!!!

Room was spacious, but maybe too spacious? Decor is nothing to write home about. TV was p old. Vending machine wasn't stocked and I'm fairly certain I got athlete's foot from the bed, because it appeared on the top of my foot of all places. Best part was the security though, and the staff were super friendly.
