I see a lot of bad reviews to this place so I thought I'd give credit where do. While it's true that it's a struggle to refill medications fairly often, the medication situation is usually at fault of the insurance or the pharmacy. The doctor can only submit requests and deny appeals, they do not have anything to do with rejection from insurance companies or the lack of notification from pharmacies about needing new prior authorization submissions. While I haven't been super impressed with Dr.Craddok as I've never met or even seen her in a year and a half of treatment, the PA who sees me every appointment, Dr. Heggem-Snow, and my nurse Kayla have really impressed me. They both work really hard for my health and I do really feel that they have compassion and understanding in what an MS patient goes through. I think when you have MS it's easy to get angry at your care team because you just want to feel better, but they are not miracle workers. They can do what is within their capabilities as a medical office and they can only diagnose and treat symptoms that they have access to knowledge about. MS is not a fully understood or curable disease and we have to learn to work with what we've got. I do believe this office does their best.

I have been a patient here for 2.5+ years. I have always had a great experience with them. The staff are very professional and respond quickly to questions. I use the Mychart app for almost all issues. I highly recommend. The other reviews do not represent my experience in any way.

My wife has myelitis that causes severe nerve pain, along with having a major back surgery and hip issues which caused nerve damage. She has been on Lyrica but the price skyrocketed out of reach. We tried for several weeks along with our pharmacist to try to get a less expensive drug as a replacement, but the doctor nor her office has ever returned our calls or responded to two request from our pharmacist. It is like she doesn't exist. Even though we liked the initial treatment and care, follow up absolutely stinks. We now will have to find a new Neurologist, one that cares about issues we face and responds, we have tried for 3 weeks without one.

Honestly, I feel extremely frustrated because I don't feel like they empathize with MS patients at all... and it really upsets me...good luck getting refills in a timely manner.. I feel like to be in this occupation, you have to have EMPATHY. Because you would not want to walk a mile in these shoes.
