This restaurant used to offer a good experience and good customer service. Now the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. Charging extra for sauce vs dressing is ridiculous. I spoke with the manager and he said they were not interchangeable because of the cost. I was willing to take one in exchange for three and he would not accommodate me. I will never shop here again. Paying more for poorly cooked food for a higher price isn't worth it. I will take my business elsewhere.

This place has the best food! I had a rough day today! I called Sardis to order dinner and a young lady with a beautiful personality, by the name of Janelle made my evening so much better! She was attentive and very helpful! I commend her for having great customer service skills! I appreciate her for turning my frown upside down! 😊 Very satisfied customer, D Lee

Extremely dry and rubbery salmon! Why pay twenty dollars on a measly piece of damn near inedible salmon. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. It was dry and not flaky at all. ONE STAR

I ordered the three piece dark "char- broiled" platter. The food was hot, the chicken was ok. It came with two side orders. So I chose the rice and beans for my first side and then I got the brussel sprouts and carrot for my second side. Then seal the deal with the complimentary sauces that they haveI got all three(the green, yellow & red sauce) 🙃ha ha😄😊😉😃. ..😋yummy! I already ate some and I'm going to eat the rest of it later on tonight.!.!😃😃🤣🤣
