This Papa John's is so unprofessional. Whomever the female manager is needs to be trained again on customer service. I will not frequent this location again until I see some change in the professionalism.

I had a bad experience tonight ordering from Papa John’s on Addison Rd South. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza. I thought maybe the ingredients are cut up really small hiding under the cheese. So I tear my first slice apart🕵🏾‍♀️looking for the rest of the ingredients. Turns out, I received a pizza with bbq sauce, bacon and cheese, no chicken and no onion. I also ordered honey chipotle chicken bites, those were okay but my blue cheese dressing was very green and the ingredients were separating. I’m pretty sure the sauce is spoiled. To top it off when I opened the door to collect my food from the delivery driver I see him running through the parking lot about to leave with my food after lightly tapping on my door twice in a 3 second interval, literally. I was shocked. I turned the lights on as I was coming down the stairs and everything, and he still tried to dip with my food. I am a manager at a restaurant, I take service quality seriously and I like to get what I pay for. I will definitely be calling them back in the morning to find a better solution to the problem. The person who answered the phone when I called this evening offered a solution but after getting off the phone, I wasn’t actually satisfied with the conclusion.
